Candice Van Dertholen is a speaker, retreat facilitator, and private advisor who helps founders and entrepreneurs move from pressure-driven leadership to clear, sustainable growth. With more than 20 years of experience spanning leadership, healthcare-adjacent operations, client relations, and small business development, Candice brings a grounded understanding of the realities leaders face. As a military spouse she has transitioned multiple times in her career. Her background includes supervising clinical teams, coordinating complex operations, supporting executive coaching initiatives, and serving in senior leadership roles, giving her both strategic and operational insight. Today, she leads retreats and advises high-performing professionals and business owners, helping them strengthen clarity, regulate stress, and make more aligned decisions during periods of growth and transition. She is the founder of The Warrior Within Healing and serves as Vice President of HR-4U Inc., and serves as a volunteer for the Military Spouse Chamber of Commerce.
